Postage and Packaging
Our delivery prices are based on an average of what it actually costs us to pack and post your order. Our delivery prices are calculated as follows:
Mainland United Kingdom - £1.00
Europe - £1.75
World - £2.50
All orders placed before 12:00pm UK local time, Monday to Friday will be despatched that day, all other orders will be despatched the next working day.
Item posted but not yet received
Your order will be sent out by Royal Mail First Class Post. Delivery should take 3 - 5 working days. Sometimes delivery may take longer due to postal delays or if an item is out of stock. If your order has not arrived within 14 days please email Customer Services: info at frontlinetrading.org.uk quoting your order number.
Credit Cards Accepted
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro, Delta and Electron.
Cancelling Orders
You can cancel your order on-line at any point up to the completion of the secure payment section at the checkout. Beyond this point please email our customer services department info at frontlinetrading.org.uk quoting your order number.
If you order has already been shipped, please return it to us.
Returns Policy
All our products come with a 21 day money back guarantee. So you can shop with us with complete peace of mind. If there is any reason whatsoever that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase just return it to us within the 21 days for a full NO QUIBBLE refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot replace good if the seals have been broken, unless they are faulty.
Damaged Goods
Please return it to us within 21 days including all packaging. We will then refund your card or send a replacement.
